We are a small team building AVORA — the operating system for Indian cafes and restaurants. One conviction runs through it: software should make the person behind the counter faster, and never speak to their customers without them.
Our mission
Build the system a small kitchen can actually run on.
Most AI is built for companies with an IT department. We are building for the tea shop in Pune where the owner takes the WhatsApp orders himself, the twelve-table place in Bengaluru where the same person bills and runs the kitchen, the cloud kitchen where nobody has time to learn software.
That means it has to work at 8pm on a Saturday, on the phone they already own, in the language they think in — and it has to be honest when it does not know something.
What we are building
AVORA OS
The whole counter in one place: WhatsApp orders, billing with KOT and receipts, voice ordering, the day's hisab, and customers you recognise. In private pilot with real shops.
Order understanding
The part we care most about — reading a real customer message, in real Hinglish, with a change of mind halfway through, and getting the order right.
Hindi, Hinglish, English
All three live across the owner screens today. More Indian languages will come one at a time, each finished before the next begins.
AVORA OS Cloud
The planned cloud delivery of AVORA OS. avoraos.cloud is reserved for the future cloud console and infrastructure. Roadmap item — not a live product today.
Language vision
Nobody orders chai in English.
A customer messaging a tea shop writes the way they speak — Hindi, Hinglish, English, usually mixed, often typed in whichever script is convenient. Software that only handles clean English makes the owner do the translating. So AVORA reads all three, and Hinglish is treated as a language in its own right rather than as a mistake.
