Avora Intelligence
Trust & Safety
AVORA OS is built around one core principle: humans own every decision. Our trust architecture is not a policy document — it is baked into how the product works.
Approval-First AI
Every AI output waits for human approval before it acts.
AVORA generates drafts, summaries, and suggestions. None of them are executed, sent, or recorded until a human explicitly approves them. This is not a safety feature layered on top — it is how the platform is architecturally designed.
Approval is not optional. It cannot be bypassed. An admin cannot configure AVORA to send messages without human sign-off. This is a hard constraint by design.
No Auto-Send Policy
Nothing is sent automatically. Ever.
AVORA does not send messages, post updates, or trigger external actions automatically. Every output — whether a customer reply, a document, or an operational record — is held in draft state until a human explicitly acts on it.
This policy is unconditional. There are no scheduled sends, no auto-responses, no AI triggers that fire without a human in the loop.
Privacy-First Design
Your business data belongs to your business.
Business context, customer information, and operational data are handled with clear tenant-level boundaries. Your data is never mixed with other businesses, never used to train shared models without your explicit consent.
Admins control what data the AI can access and what it cannot. Sensitive records remain gated behind admin-defined access controls.
Human Oversight by Design
People make the decisions. AI does the work.
AVORA is designed so that meaningful decisions — what to say to a customer, what to record, what action to take — are always made by a human. The AI reduces effort; it does not replace judgment.
Admin permissions define exactly what actions the AI can suggest to which team members. No action can be taken outside those defined boundaries.
