AVORA Labs is for students and early builders who want to work on a real AI product — not a simulated assignment. If you want serious exposure to how a product is built from early stage, this is for you.

Who this is for
Builders who want to learn by doing, not by watching.
You do not need a perfect resume or a top-tier college. You need to have built something — a project, a prototype, a tool — and want to push that further in a real product environment. Students at any stage are welcome to express interest.
Engineering
Frontend, backend, full-stack, or AI integration — if you write code and want to learn in a real codebase.
Design
Product design, UX, visual systems — if you want to design for real users, not for portfolios.
Product / Ops
Research, writing, operations, or product thinking — if you want to understand how a product is built end-to-end.
What you will actually do
Work on real product problems
Not sample projects or dummy datasets. You will work on actual challenges in AVORA OS — things that affect real users and real product decisions.
See code and decisions in production
You will be close enough to the product to understand why decisions were made, not just what was decided. Real product context, not artificial exercises.
Give and receive direct feedback
We do not protect people from honest feedback. You will know what is working and what is not — directly and quickly.
Contribute to something that ships
If you build something here, it goes into a product that real businesses use. That is the bar we hold ourselves to, and you will be held to the same.
What we expect from you
You show up consistently — not when inspired, when committed.
You communicate proactively when something is unclear or blocked.
You take a task seriously even when no one is watching.
You want to learn how products are actually built, not just how they look.
You are comfortable with AI-assisted work and willing to learn fast.

Opportunities are roadmap-dependent
We do not maintain a fixed internship cycle. When the roadmap has a real need and we find the right person, we open a spot. We cannot guarantee availability.
No guaranteed job offer
An internship at AVORA Labs is not a promise of a full-time role. It is an opportunity to work on real product problems. Future opportunities depend on both parties.
No stipend promises
We are honest about our stage. Compensation details are discussed directly and honestly — we will not make promises here that we cannot keep.
We do real work
This is not a certificate programme or a learning camp. If you join, you are expected to contribute to a product that real businesses depend on.
